Working out is important and beneficial to everyone’s health. It doesn’t matter how young or old you are. It’s something that you must do. I have been a member of a gym for many years. I don’t know what I would do without it. You can choose to do your own workout or go to classes with top notch instructors that push you to your limit. Generally, I think that working with a trainer or group instructor pushes you to a level that you would not be able to achieve on your own.

I have been finding lately, however, that people’s etiquette at the gym is poor at best. In fact, it’s pretty embarrassing. People are so pushy in classes, for one. Sometimes, I just opt to do a home workout when I don’t feel like dealing with them! Does the Shake Weight for Men work? I would say it does. That’s what I use for my upper body workouts at home.
